Only drivers with the appropriate driving licence categories may drive the vehicle.

Only those drivers who have received wheelchair accessibility training will be able to take wheelchair passengers.

In the event of causing damage or an accident, the group or individual (driver) will be subject to a vehicle insurance excess of £250.

A cancellation fee of £20 will be charged if cancelled on the day.

All passengers are required to wear seat belts whilst the vehicle is stationary as well as in motion.

There will be no smoking in the vehicle at any time.

The vehicle will be returned in a clean condition and any damage reported and with the same level of fuel as when collected.

The eating of meals (which include drinking) will only take place when the vehicle is parked and stationary.

No alcohol to be consumed on the vehicle at any time.

The vehicle must be returned in a clean and tidy condition, failure to do so may result in a charge for cleaning being levied up to £40.

You must pay for any fines, penalties, costs, charges and liabilities relating to parking, road traffic or other offences incurred during the rental period related to the use of the vehicle.

Under no circumstances should the vehicle be sub-contracted to another person or organisation.
