Here at Camel Valley Connect and in conjunction with Age UK - Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, we are happy to provide a door to door transport service to members of the community of Bodmin Town. The service is aimed at those members of our community that are disadvantaged, isolated or unable to use regular transport services available in the town.
We are a not for profit organisation and as such do not operate to make a profit our mission to provide the community with a reasonably priced transport service for those who most need transport to stay connected in the community.

All journeys must be requested at least 72 hours in advance of your intended journey date and time. We will endeavour to meet your request, but where we are unable to do so we may offer you our best alternative.

When contacting our office please provide your Name, address, contact number, the day and date you wish to travel, your pick up time, pick up location, destination, return time and the reason for your journey. However, our operator will help you with regards to the details required and advise as to whether we are able to assist.

TRANSPORT FOR MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS MAY BE ACCEPTED AT SHORT NOTICE BUT NOT LESS THAN 24 HOURS.

The service operates between 09.00hrs and 16.00 hrs on a Monday to Friday basis.

The current charge for the service is available on application, this will assist in covering the costs of your journey and help to sustain the service.
